Our project empowers those traditionally underrepresented in the climate movement by being led by youth and women who are committed to addressing the challenges faced by climate-vulnerable communities, particularly in hot climates. Our innovation in interlocking semi-calcite passive bricks directly addresses the need for sustainable cooling solutions in these regions, where people are particularly vulnerable to extreme temperatures. By prioritizing the voices and leadership of youth and women, we ensure that diverse perspectives are incorporated into our solutions, leading to more comprehensive and inclusive outcomes. Additionally, our project actively seeks to engage and involve local communities in the development and implementation process, ensuring that their needs and concerns are heard and addressed. Through these efforts, we aim to create a more equitable and inclusive climate movement that empowers all individuals, regardless of gender, age, or background, to contribute to a more sustainable future.
