Starting with our dynamic team, we proudly embrace diversity. Among us are two remarkable women, one hailing from Pakistani heritage and the other from Kazakhstan. Complementing their strengths, the team comprises three men from underrepresented communities: Hispanic, Chinese, and Pakistani backgrounds. As Poseidon Minerals expands, we envision creating well-compensated opportunities in West Texas, where over 40% of rural communities are Hispanic. This not only fosters inclusivity but also marks the beginning of a vital shift from traditional oil and gas roles towards renewable energy prospects, championing a more equitable and sustainable future.
