Our project empowers those in climate vulnerable communities by giving them safer housing options.  Each year we know that populations in flood zones have few housing options when environmental disasters hit, especially the economically disadvantaged and people of color.  Z Panel hempcrete structures not only give them safer housing during disaster events, but also allow them to return to their homes with minimal mold mitigation efforts because Z Panel homes are extremely mold-resistant.  Z Panel homes offset global warming by capturing carbon, and they give vulnerable communities safter housing to mitigate impacts of disaster events.
