Conventional generators which are operated by fuel fusil emit tons of carbon emission yearly. However, it also requires a labor force during the operation which is hard for female who wants to pump the water into their field; it needs a lot of money to operate. It causes global warming which affects all life on earth and poverty is increasing because farmers never generate enough profit from farming activities.
In response to that crisis, SIS is replacing the majority of the main fuel generators in farming activities. All the technical issues are handled by SOGE including the O & M system. It provides social and environmental impact: 
Social Impact:  As we know farmers’ mindset toward using solar water pumps (SWS), had a bad story of using this technology, but we can convince farmers to use SIS with 2000 ha and over 1000 households between 2022 to 2023; that is the reason to help farmers to decrease expense of pump, labor cost, increase productivity, support their children to be educated, especially to help facilitate the women in agriculture sector. 
Environmental Impact: The modern SIS is free carbon emissions, noise, water pollution, and distractions to life underwater, and it is climate resilient.

Mission Statement:
