Direct beneficiaries of this intervention are mainly indigenous farmers and fishers,, 90% of whom are living below poverty line and ostracized from mainstream economic development. These marginal agrarians inhabiting the coastal and riverine floodplains are at high climate risk, wherein owing to climate events like ENSO & IOD In the coastal and riverine floodplains of Asia, almost 35% land gets submerged & 25% inundated by flood waters for 7-8 months and forces the youth and male members to temporarily migrate in search of livelihood. The women are left at larch, often falling victims of trafficking and social abuse. The intervention is designed to transform these women as climate entrepreneurs securing food and livelihood for the community during days of distress and sustain an adaptive business otherwise with decarbonized technology for augmenting community climate resilience. The destitute women and dilapidated youth are empowered as entrepreneurs with financial inclusion, technology cooperation, digital literacy and climate information networking to leave no-one behind in the climate crisis. Even landless migrants and ultra-poor are included in sustainable practice as a societal culture  through this float-farming practice.
