Sweep was co-founded by a leading female figure in European tech, Rachel Delacour, who was elected Co-President of France Digitale in 2018 and whose thought leadership has been featured in The Economist and The Wall Street Journal. Rachel is a vocal advocate for women in tech and has backed several female-founded US and French startups. Rachel’s ambition is to make carbon reduction simpler and accessible to everyone, regardless of business size, sector or geography, as she believes battling the climate crisis is a global calling that affects every person on the planet. Sweep’s data-driven approach means all groups across nations and industries have equal opportunity to address and implement their own carbon reduction strategies.
