How Project Affects Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions:

Our project focus on reducing greenhouse gas emission by providing reliable, portable, clean, and renewable energy in South Sudan

Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project empowers people from humble background, widows and people affected by the climate crisis and global warming in our targeted villages in Aweil South and centre counties. We empower our those traditional underrepresented groups e.g widows, climate victims, pupils, and students by providing them solar lamps and torches, reconstructing grass made houses destroyed by devastating floods caused due to climate change. We also provide cash transfer to Women’s Agriculture Cooperative group whose their farm destroyed by drought in Aweil South and Centre counties of Northern Bahr El Ghazal State-Aweil. This will help them to continue with their Climate Smart-Agriculture initiatives to boost food security and  address climate change as well as empowering them financially to be independent.
