Our BAMX network initiative addresses inequality in the climate movement by prioritising women's participation. Through specific programmes, we inform about climate change and the impact of food rescue, providing training to a significant percentage of women. In addition, we highlight inclusion by having female leadership in a significant percentage of food rescue projects. This strategy not only addresses the food crisis, but also empowers and strengthens women's representation in the fight against climate change.
