I am a youth and currently serving as the face of the organization (what many call CEO).
Also our waste is "bought" from waste sorters who collect it from dump site and out of the revenue we generate, 25% goes to pay for this sorters who are the most vulnerable in the society. We have not done a study to understand number of sorters but in terms of value, at full capacity, we can pay up to USD 20,000 for sorted waste.
