Tierra Prieta actively empowers traditionally underrepresented groups in the climate movement. By focusing on regenerative agriculture, our project directly involves them in climate action and sustainability. We provide training and employment opportunities in biochar production and application, equipping these communities with skills and knowledge that enhance their livelihoods and resilience against climate change.
Additionally, we place a strong emphasis on including women in our company. Recognizing their crucial role, we offer them equal opportunities to participate, lead, and benefit from high quality jobs in underserved Parras de la Fuente. This approach not only supports gender equality but also strengthens the overall impact of our project.
