Our project, Tuuli, empowers traditionally underrepresented groups in the climate movement through our diverse founding team. Comprising three founders from different countries and/or provinces, including a female founder, we represent underrepresented voices at the forefront. Additionally, all team members are youth who have directly experienced the impacts of climate change. By prioritizing diversity and inclusion within our team, we ensure that diverse perspectives are integral to our approach in addressing climate challenges. Through our collective experiences and insights, we aim to amplify the voices and concerns of marginalized communities, fostering greater inclusivity and effectiveness in the climate movement.
