We are developing a new protein ingredient using mycelium fermentation through circular economy, with side streams from breweries. Unfortunately, nowadays, the protein sources are very expensive for the population, not only animal but plant based failed to be healthier and failed to be accessible. We believe that we cannot talk about healthiness if we are bringing an expensive product to only 2% of the population. We need to talk about healthiness and also accessibility. Our goal is to make the best protein, with the lowest price and be able to feed more people without destroying our planet
