With the scope of project, producing 3 million pallet in 2026, we aim at

1. Economic Empowerment:
- 36,000 farmers benefit from additional earnings through selling coconut/rice husks, fostering economic opportunities.
- 100 jobs were created at the NetZero Pallet factory in Mekong Delta, providing employment in a safe and compliant workplace.
2. Gender Diversity:
- Aim for a 50% female workforce, promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities for women in the manufacturing sector.
3. Environmental Resilience:
- Coconut trees mitigate environmental risks, such as soil erosion and storm damage, enhancing the sustainability of agricultural practices.
- Farmers in climate-vulnerable areas like the Mekong Delta receive support through coconut cultivation, contributing to resilience against climate change.
4. Social Impact:
- Collaboration with local communities and specialized transport drivers creates interconnected roles, fostering thriving networks.
- Economic opportunities extend beyond production, positively impacting livelihoods and quality of life.

The impact will increase tenfold once NetZero Pallet achieves its 10-year goal of producing 30 million pallets annually.
