Our startup empowers traditionally underrepresented groups in the climate movement through two primary strategies: job creation in climate-vulnerable communities and representation.
Firstly, we focus on job creation in rural and coastal communities that are most severely impacted by climate change. These areas often lack the resources and support to combat climate change effectively. By establishing operations in these regions, we provide economic opportunities to women, people of color, and youth who live there. This not only empowers these individuals economically but also enables them to actively participate in climate action. Our presence in these communities underscores our commitment to inclusivity and our determination to bring about change where it is most needed.

Secondly, we serve as role models in the climate movement. As young founders, we represent the potential of youth to make significant contributions to this field. Furthermore, Jared, one of our founders, is Native American. His leadership serves as a powerful symbol of inclusivity and a testament to the potential of underrepresented groups. His unique perspective, which intertwines respect for the environment with cultural traditions, brings a valuable dimension to our project.
