Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project empowers traditionally underrepresented groups by prioritizing inclusivity, equality and providing targeted support. We focus on women, offering them seedlings for coffee cultivation, education, and training opportunities. By actively involving women in farming practices, we break gender barriers and enhance their economic independence. Furthermore, our initiatives engage youth through educational programs, encouraging their participation in sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation. We collaborate closely with climate-vulnerable communities, addressing their specific needs and involving them in decision-making processes. By tailoring our approach to the diverse needs of underrepresented groups, we ensure equitable access to resources, knowledge, and economic opportunities, fostering a more inclusive and resilient community. This commitment to diversity and inclusivity is ingrained in our project's ethos, contributing to a more representative and empowered climate movement in the region.
