Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project empowers underrepresented groups in the climate movement by creating equitable opportunities for engagement, leadership, and participation. By focusing on urban environments, especially in low-income, climate-vulnerable communities, we aim to provide scalable solutions that directly benefit populations most affected by air pollution and climate change. These communities often face disproportionate environmental burdens, and our technology offers an innovative way to combat these challenges while improving public health.

Internally, our organization is committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. We have actively recruited individuals from diverse backgrounds, including women, people of color, and youth, who are integral to our leadership team. For example, our COO, Jai Ved, has experience working in some of India's remotest areas, directly engaging with marginalized communities, while our CEO, Ipshit, brings a global perspective from the UK.

We also plan to involve local communities in the deployment and maintenance of the units, providing job training and promoting capacity-building initiatives that empower them economically and socially. By embedding underrepresented groups in both the development and deployment phases, we aim to create a more inclusive and impactful climate solution that resonates with and benefits diverse populations.
