This project being truly global offers potential to be fully inclusive.  We are not seeking to employ but to empower individuals and communities.  Irrespective of race or gender, our shared value model rewards those who are prepared to work for themselves and for a legacy for the future.  Becoming a Franchise holder the owner can create a future for next generation and through stewardship of the ocean. Macroalgae does not require land or fresh water to grow, is immune to many of the current climatic challenges of floods and fires that threatens land-based crops.  It improves soil quality and crop yields when quality assured fertilizer is used effectively.  It is not a coincidence that historically the greatest majority of the world population live within reach of the coastline, it is anticipated that this will continue and even with rising sea levels, increasing ocean temperatures, depleting fish stocks, bleaching of corals, the ocean is still our best hope for the future of the planet.  As humans we have caused many of our planets problems, the underrepresented suffer disproportionately, we owe it to our planet and the people of the world to focus of a positive and environmental supportive project.
