Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project empowers underrepresented groups by creating equitable opportunities in the climate movement, especially for rural workers and women. We provide young rural workers with meaningful employment and upskill them in operations and waste management, enabling them to contribute directly to a sustainable economy. Many of our current employees had lost their jobs during COVID-19, and we prioritized hiring and reskilling them, giving them a stable livelihood.

We also focus on gender equity by hiring women across various roles, from operations to leadership positions, ensuring they have equal opportunities to grow and contribute meaningfully. Women are involved in decision-making processes within the organization, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and representation.

By empowering climate-vulnerable communities, especially in rural and underdeveloped areas, we not only address social inequalities but also create a workforce that is integral to tackling environmental challenges. Our approach demonstrates that sustainability and inclusivity go hand in hand in building a greener, more equitable future.
