Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
BIO PLANET TMC Ltd focuses on involving mostly women, youth, and marginalized groups in shaping its project. • Mostly Women: BIO PLANET TMC Ltd targets more than 60% of its services towards women, providing them with affordable granulated organic fertilizer, and training in sustainable agricultural practices and organic farming. Women are involved in every stage of the project, from planning to implementation and evaluation, ensuring their needs and perspectives shape the project’s outcomes. This focus not only enhances their economic independence but also strengthens the community’s overall resilience to climate change. •Youth: Founders and leaders of BIO PLANET TMC Ltd are all under 30 and the majority of our team members, from management to field workers, fall within the age range of 18 to 35. BIO PLANET TMC Ltd includes training programs and workshops tailored to young people, equipping them with skills in organic farming, waste management, and sustainable practices. Youth are encouraged to take leadership roles within the project, contributing fresh perspectives and energy to the initiatives. Marginalized groups: BIO PLANET TMC Ltd implements inclusive strategies to ensure marginalized groups are actively engaged. This includes providing equal access to our fertilizer, ensuring their representation in the decision-making process.
