Carrot Network is fully inclusive and is in the early stages of building a global community of diverse stakeholders who can create and earn value. Carrot's flexible incentive systems will also be used to provide heightened incentives to underrepresented groups, breaking down barriers to entry into the climate movement and activating diverse communities across the world. 

Sorting waste properly and participating in recycling globally is an activity that every person and business can partake in, and by organizing a global community that transparently communicates performance, we can bring hope and expand the potential that each human being can bring towards a more sustainable and equitable planet. 

Carrot also recognizes that building a diverse and inclusive internal team is essential to achieving our mission of creating a global, transformative platform.
