Our project primarily engages the youth in all its stages from the collection of the plastic to the finished end product processing and marketing. We are also a youth led organization and majority of the youth we engage are women. Giving them an opportunity to work with us at least ensures they are economically empowered. We also have a decent representation of women staff in our organization. From the board of directors, founding and also management team.
