We have 12 employees. One woman Co Founder (50%) plus 50% of our employee are women. Both Founders are veterans. We have ensured that policies and procedures are inclusive of all genders. This can include things like ensuring that restrooms are accessible to people of all genders and that dress codes are gender-neutral.
