We integrate underrepresented groups, including youth, women, farmers, and rural communities, into our climate adaptation and ecosystem restoration efforts. In rural areas, local farmers transition from unsustainable agricultural practices to becoming active ecosystem protectors, creating sustainable livelihoods and strengthening both climate resilience and the local economy.

Our initiative empowers youth through hands-on training in restoration techniques, nursery management, and environmental leadership, fostering the next generation of climate leaders. Women take on leadership roles, particularly in managing nurseries and conducting community education, ensuring gender equality in climate action.

We also promote sustainable tourism as part of our model, where local guides and communities engage in eco-tourism initiatives that showcase the importance of ecosystem preservation and provide additional income sources. This model raises awareness about environmental issues and creates long-term economic opportunities for climate-vulnerable communities.
