Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our mission is to foster an inclusive environment that champions women-led enterprises and also supports small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Our investment potential in a company includes achieving poverty reduction, driving inclusion & gender diversity, and propagating ESG concepts across the value chain. Accordingly, we will be responsive to gender-related risks and opportunities. We also aim to aid employment generation in a sustainable way through our portfolio companies and their expansion. 
The portfolio companies will be mandated to adhere to gender equality requirements of the Fund, which includes:
Focused policies to hire and retain women workforce at all levels.
Contract agreements with vendors enforcing equal pay, safety, and security of women.
Effective implementation of appropriate policies for preventing and reporting sexual harassment at the workplace.
Sufficient safety kits for men & women workforce, depending on requirement.

Co-founded by a woman, a company focuses on creating a renewable energy stream by converting bamboo to biomass.
