Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

The project empowers underrepresented groups, particularly rural communities, women, and youth, by providing access to renewable energy and livelihood opportunities. In rural and tribal areas, where access to basic services is limited, the project tackles energy poverty and economic challenges by offering solar-powered water pumps and livelihood machines. These solutions help communities meet water needs and generate income, such as coconut oil pressing and cassava powder production.

Women are especially empowered by reducing their physical labor in water collection and providing opportunities to manage and operate renewable energy technologies. This promotes gender equality and economic independence.

The project also engages youth by offering training on operating and maintaining the systems, preparing them for technical roles in the renewable energy sector.
