Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

The proposed project will also help create new opportunities for Canadians, Newcomers to Canada, and Indigenous folk, as it is already the case for many of our team members. Evoco is dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace that welcomes diverse perspectives and experiences. We remain open to engaging with Indigenous communities and other underrepresented groups as we continue to build a dynamic, equitable team. 

Evoco has developed a voluntary ESG strategy and report, with 2022 as the baseline year, outlining clear KPIs and objectives, with a primary focus on gender equity.  

In the first year we reported gender parity, from production to our executive team. Women are underrepresented in CleanTech and beyond gender equity, Evoco remains committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals, inclusive of any race, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status.
