Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Our project is committed to fostering inclusivity and empowering underrepresented groups by building a diverse team and creating job opportunities through our installations. Furthermore, our installations will contribute to local economies by creating new jobs and providing opportunities for people from different backgrounds. These roles will range from technical and engineering positions to operational and support functions, ensuring a broad range of employment opportunities, which will be mostly based where direct reduction is operational today (Middle East, Latin America and India). By combining our commitment to diversity within our team and the economic benefits of our installations, we aim to not only combat climate change but also empower communities and provide equitable access to the growing green economy.
