Fizzle Power Tech is dedicated to empowering climate-vulnerable communities, particularly low-income households in Nigeria that face significant energy poverty and lack reliable access to clean energy. By providing affordable, pay-as-you-go Solar Home Systems (SHS) and community-based minigrids, we enable these communities to replace costly, high-emission diesel generators, reducing their financial burden and environmental impact. Our project promotes energy independence, economic resilience, and sustainable growth, directly benefiting groups often marginalized in climate solutions.

Our team reflects this commitment to diversity and inclusion, with representation from women, young leaders, and people of color who bring valuable perspectives to our mission. We actively recruit from within the communities we serve, ensuring that local voices and needs are central to our work. Women hold key positions, including roles in operations, human resources, and product development, promoting gender diversity and empowering women in technology and renewable energy.

Through our community workshops, we also engage youth and educate them on clean energy management, helping to build a new generation of climate-conscious leaders.
