Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Our project empowers underrepresented groups by prioritizing the involvement of women, youth, and climate-vulnerable communities in its development and operations. We focus on sourcing raw materials like fruit peels and agricultural waste from rural areas, where women often play a central role in managing local resources. By providing training and fair employment opportunities in these communities, we enable women to become active participants in the green economy. In addition, we actively engage youth by offering internships, training, and entrepreneurial opportunities in sustainable business practices. Our outreach programs and workshops on biodegradable solutions are designed to inspire the younger generation to pursue careers in environmental sustainability. Our organization also focuses on supporting climate-vulnerable communities by offering affordable, eco-friendly alternatives to plastic products. We collaborate with local communities to ensure that our solutions meet their specific needs and are accessible. These underrepresented groups are represented in our team through a diverse workforce, including women in leadership roles and youth-driven innovation. Our commitment to inclusivity is reflected in our hiring practices, community outreach, and ongoing efforts to create a more equitable and sustainable future.

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to create sustainable, biodegradable alternatives to single-use plastics by transforming fruit waste and leaves into eco-friendly products.
