KEMIT ECOLOGY SARL conscious of the global sustainable development goal is giving the chance to indigenous people to work with us in the collection and the selling stage. We are currently working with pygmees, a group of people living in the forest but their natural habitat is devastated by people who cut trees to make money, and their live is changing from day to day, they don't even have basic education. We are sustaining them with material to collect and transport organic trash and supply the factory and they are living now with this model. We also help people with disability in more than fourteen markets where they are living by training them how to sort and separate the organics trash before the collectors teams come to collect. We are working most of all with women and young people at any stage of our business, to fight against jobless and contribute to alleviate poverty. The model is enlarge with some old peoples who are selling our products in front of their door to occupy themselves and gain money also. This model is also apply in the rural area.
