Our organization employs an all-female production team, maintaining over 80% female staff. These women, often from climate-vulnerable rural areas, gain stable employment and training in bioethanol production and waste management, enabling them to support their families and contribute to sustainable development.

We actively engage local communities in our operations by sourcing organic waste from market vendors and food processors. This provides income opportunities for youth and small-scale traders while promoting awareness about climate-friendly practices. Our partnerships with these groups ensure they benefit directly from our project, fostering inclusive growth.

MOMA also integrates climate-vulnerable communities into our supply chain by offering affordable bioethanol and byproducts like organic fertilizer and animal feed, reducing their reliance on polluting fuels and costly agricultural inputs.
