Recognizing that many urban and suburban employees lack home or workplace charging options, CaaS provides seamless, AI-driven, human-executed charging logistics tailored to their needs. By enabling fleets to adopt EVs more effectively, we aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve operational efficiency, and foster inclusive urban decarbonization.

Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Necture’s Charging as a Service (CaaS) empowers underserved groups by addressing barriers to EV adoption for drivers in urban and suburban areas without access to private charging. This demographic often includes lower-income workers and climate-vulnerable communities who would otherwise be excluded from the benefits of electrified transportation. Within our organization, we reflect these inclusive values through a diverse team of 30 individuals from 16 nationalities, including a significant proportion under 30 years old. Our team prioritizes equitable mobility solutions, ensuring that the transition to electric vehicles benefits all segments of society. By fostering representation and inclusivity in both our operations and mission, we aim to advance a just transition in the climate movement.
