NetZero Pallets empowers climate-vulnerable communities, particularly farmers and rural populations, by transforming agricultural waste into valuable products. In regions like the Mekong Delta, where livelihoods are heavily impacted by climate change, we create additional income opportunities through waste collection programs, reducing economic vulnerabilities while addressing environmental challenges.

Women are integral to our operations, especially in farming cooperatives and local supply chains. By sourcing agricultural by-products directly from smallholder farmers, many of whom are women, we enable them to diversify income streams and improve their economic resilience.

Within our organization, we prioritize diversity and inclusivity, with minimun 50% female policy and women holding leadership roles in strategy, marketing, and community engagement. Our project actively employ and collaborates with youth and underrepresented groups, encouraging their involvement in sustainable innovation and empowering them as key stakeholders in the climate movement.

This inclusive approach ensures that underrepresented groups not only benefit economically but also become active contributors to solving climate challenges, amplifying their voice and impact within the broader climate movement.
