Our project aims to empower communities, particularly those most vulnerable to climate change. We place a strong emphasis on the involvement of women at all stages of the project, recognizing their critical role in natural resource management. Furthermore, we work closely with youth to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to become the changemakers of tomorrow. In terms of organizational representation, we strive to build a diverse team that reflects the communities we serve. We prioritize hiring local individuals and encourage participation from indigenous groups and minorities who are often disproportionately affected by climate change. This inclusive approach allows us to better understand the specific needs of these groups and co-create tailored solutions.
