How Project Affects Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions:
['Replaces/avoids GHGs (e.g., projects that replace sources of GHGs, such as the burning of fossil fuels for electricity, heat, transport, or other energy uses)', 'Reduces GHGs (e.g., projects that reduce sources of GHGs, such as through efficiency or other changes in consumption)', 'Removes/stores GHGs (e.g., projects that capture, sequester, or otherwise enhance the "sinks" that accumulate and store GHGs)']
Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Re-Earth Initiative takes an intersectional approach to all of our work, but in particular our RE!Granting programme. We have a unique ability to truly connect with youth, grassroots, and frontline initiatives at a global scale. We have two Indigenous representatives on our management team and are a youth, women, and BIPOC led organization. We have collaborated with various other youth, Indigenous, and women-led organizations, and accessibility is at the core of our mission.
