How Project Affects Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions:
['Replaces/avoids GHGs (e.g., projects that replace sources of GHGs, such as the burning of fossil fuels for electricity, heat, transport, or other energy uses)', 'Reduces GHGs (e.g., projects that reduce sources of GHGs, such as through efficiency or other changes in consumption)', 'Removes/stores GHGs (e.g., projects that capture, sequester, or otherwise enhance the "sinks" that accumulate and store GHGs)']
Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
The impacts of climate change: Floods & droughts have led to famine, hunger & joblessness as many Agri-enterprises, timber yards and charcoal networks shut/scale down. The main losers are women as they balance unpaid child/domestic care work & competitive paid work; they lose to their more present males; making them even more vulnerable to socioeconomic shocks . To ensure that we are not blinded further by such societal anti feminism infrastructure, we have established Gender rules. Women reinvest most of their revenues in the health, education and nutrition of their families, and their full socio-economic participation therefore yields high dividends in terms of development. 85% of the membership of the CBOs enrolled as our working partners are mandatorily women who have in one way been subjected to or suffered job losses during climate action transitions or climate related disasters and/or discrimination at domestic, work or societal level because of forced/societal need to provide domestic unpaid care work. 75% of the leadership of the partner CBOs must be women. To lead by example, 60% of the leadership positions of Revolutionary foods are held by women.
