Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project empowers underrepresented groups by ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and representation in both our impact and organizational structure. We prioritize supporting with climate-vulnerable communities.  
Our approach integrates women, youth, and marginalized groups as key stakeholders. We actively partner with organizations led by and serving these communities, fostering collaboration and amplifying their voices. For example, we design programs to support women in leadership roles within sustainability initiatives and involve youth in co-creating innovative solutions. We build our services to ensure accessibilty for all users, for example using colour-blind-friendly palettes to ensure ease of use and ensuring our services use lowest power at their data centres to reduce the impact of our site's use.
Within our organization, we prioritize diversity in hiring and leadership to reflect the communities we serve. Women and individuals from underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply for positions, ensuring their perspectives shape our mission and strategies. This diversity strengthens our decision-making and ensures our project is grounded in lived experiences.
By empowering underrepresented groups and embedding equity into our model, we aim to create a ripple effect where these communities become leaders in the climate movement, driving sustainable change in ways that are inclusive and just.
