Safi Organics empowers underrepresented groups by targeting rural smallholder farmers, primarily in climate-vulnerable communities, where women make up 70% of agricultural labor but often lack access to resources like fertilizer. Our affordable, locally produced fertilizer addresses this gap, enhancing agricultural yields and income for women-led farms. Additionally, we actively engage youth in production and distribution, creating employment and leadership opportunities in regions where jobs are scarce.
Within our organization, women and youth hold prominent roles, including leadership positions such as COO and heads of research and development. Our inclusive hiring practices prioritize gender and diversity representation, fostering equity across all operations.
