Strawcture sells 2 products AgriBioPanels and Magra. Magra is a felt product made of 100% residue wool which is source from pastoralists in Western Rajhasthan. 90% of the Pastoralist are women, belong to indigenous tribes and currently we are able to pay them 70% more then what marketplaces pay for the wool fiber. We are currently working with a network of about 150 Pastoralist families and have build a supply chain to source 100 tonne wool on a monthly basis. The Women in these households have a share holding in the company Samakhya Alterative with which we have exclusive agreement to be marketing and Business development arm for the wool based felt Pan India. Our products and business model is designed to work directly with communities and give them ownership in the supply chain. The pastoralist families are provicded with capacity building training, input and veterinarian services as well to properly take care of their livestock.
