Our project empowers underrepresented groups in the climate movement by prioritizing inclusivity in both our operations and broader impact goals. As an organization, we actively create opportunities for women, youth, and local communities to contribute to the development and implementation of our CO2 capture, utilization, and storage technologies.

Women are represented at the leadership level, with Ms. Swathi K J, the Founder & CEO, playing a pivotal role in steering the company’s strategy and growth. Her leadership ensures that gender diversity is integrated into every aspect of the business, from hiring to partnerships.

In terms of youth involvement, we actively collaborate with academic institutions and engage young professionals through internships, research programs, and collaborations. This provides them with hands-on experience in cutting-edge climate technologies, empowering them to become future leaders in sustainability.

Our efforts also extend to climate-vulnerable communities, particularly in agriculture and mining sectors, where our technology can help mitigate environmental hazards like coal mine fires and improve local livelihoods through CO2 utilization. We aim to foster job creation and skill-building in rural areas, particularly for marginalized groups, ensuring that our solution benefits those who are most impacted by climate change.
