Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Our project is committed to amplifying the voices and participation of underrepresented groups in the climate movement by integrating them into every stage of our work, from design to implementation and leadership. As a start, our project is championed by a young, black female - who is already shifting the status quo. We intend to, develop technologies and strategies that are affordable, culturally relevant, and tailored to underrepresented communities. Provide education and training to ensure these groups can fully benefit from the 20L Jerry cans. Continue to prioritize hiring from underrepresented communities for project implementation, maintenance, and leadership roles. Capacitate the current employees to apply for better positions within the organisation.
