Ufundi Lab empowers underrepresented groups by providing them with access to tools, training, and opportunities that address their unique challenges and amplify their voices in the climate movement: Women: • With UfundiLabTV we enable every women to have access to knowledge without borders, with that knowledge they have the possibility to become autonomous by doing their own business. • Trains women in regenerative agriculture, fostering leadership in sustainable farming. Youth: • Offers climate-smart agricultural training via UfundilabTv and promotes agri-tech entrepreneurship. • Engages youth in innovation, including designing and maintaining clean energy tools. Leadership and Team: Ufundi Lab’s leadership and staff predominantly come from African communities, ensuring local perspectives guide our work. Our team is composed with young people ,we fight to create job for youth in my community and 50% of our team is composed with women not only because of being women but the potential they have .
