Our work creates future job pathways in coastal and port-adjacent communities-many of which are historically underserved and often excluded from ocean-industry growth.

We have already collaborated with educational and community organizations at RETI Center in Brooklyn and hope to continue while we build and launch our solution. The goal is to involve students and local residents in hands-on climate innovation while educating them about climate change and seaweed's unique role as a potential partner for carbon sequestration, bioplastics, and many other amazing uses.

Our team and partners represent diverse backgrounds and we hope to actively engage youth, hire early-career climate workers, and partner with community-led climate groups in our field experiments.
