Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Pollinate Group was established in 2012 to work with the most marginalised communities that earn less than $2.15 a day. We continue to work with these communities and enable women from these communities towards entrepreneurship. These women are often left out from any other trainings or program since there are not educated and do not possess any digital skills, Pollinate specifically identifies such women (1 woman per community) who lack opportunities and train them on entrepreneurship over 36 months, alongside training, we provide a business strat-up kit which consists of products that will help her start the business and earn livelihood while being able to offer clean energy solutions to the communities, We provide on field support to the women through our field staff across India and Nepal.
