Within our organization, we actively work to build a team that reflects the diversity of the global climate movement. Our leadership includes women in senior operational and communications roles, including our PR Manager, and we are committed to expanding representation as we grow. We collaborate closely with young scientists and early-career researchers, for whom climate change has been a lifelong reality and who bring fresh perspectives and urgency to our work.

As we advance toward field deployment, we plan to involve communities in transparent consultation processes, share open data, and create opportunities for local scientific participation. Our approach is deeply rooted in the principle that climate restoration must be inclusive: designed with, informed by, and accountable to the people most affected by climate change and historically least represented in climate-tech development.
