Empowerment is central to our model. Our "Wastepays" platform is specifically designed to formalize the informal waste sector, which is predominantly composed of women, youth, refugees, and migrants. We provide them with digital tools, transparent pricing, and direct access to a stable income, turning a marginalized activity into a dignified green profession.
These groups are not just beneficiaries; they are the foundation of our value chain. Over 600 of our community collection agents are from these demographics. We are actively creating a new class of micro-entrepreneurs by capitalizing and training them to run their own collection hubs. By creating economic stability and leadership opportunities for those most affected by climate change, we ensure that the transition to a green economy is inclusive and equitable from the ground up.
