SOS Group was founded with the belief that climate solutions must be inclusive, locally rooted, and empowering. Our operations directly engage coastal and climate-vulnerable communities across the Caribbean, transforming what was once an environmental crisis into an economic opportunity that restores livelihoods and ecosystems simultaneously.

Through SOS Carbon, we have trained and employed over 160 artisanal fishers (both men and women), many of whom previously faced income instability due to declining fisheries. These communities now earn stable wages, often tripling their previous income, while actively participating in environmental restoration.

Our leadership also reflects this inclusive mission. Our management and R&D team are women and youth, we prioritize the hiring and training of young professionals, women scientists, and local technicians, fostering talent in regions often underrepresented in global climate innovation.
