How Project Affects Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions:
['Removes/stores GHGs (e.g., projects that capture, sequester, or otherwise enhance the "sinks" that accumulate and store GHGs)']
Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Airbuild’s project is designed to give underrepresented groups—including women, people of color, youth, and climate vulnerable communities—a direct voice and role in climate solutions. Our technology is accessible to municipalities and communities that have historically lacked access to clean water and resilient infrastructure, thereby addressing environmental injustices head-on. In both our outreach and product design, we actively seek input from community leaders and local organizations representing those most affected by climate challenges. Within Airbuild, our team reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. Women and people of color are present in both leadership and operational roles, ensuring representation at every decision-making level. We also partner with youth-led climate organizations and support hiring from climate-impacted regions. By fostering an organizational culture rooted in inclusion and equity, we’re building better solutions for all while amplifying the leadership of those who have been sidelined in traditional approaches to climate action
