Our platform prioritizes partnerships with local food vendors, small-scale farmers, and women-led enterprises, providing them with access to markets for surplus food, compost, and biochar, while generating additional income. This approach addresses systemic inequities in food distribution and waste management, creating economic opportunities for communities often excluded from climate solutions.

Youth are engaged as technology ambassadors, drivers, and data collectors, building digital literacy and climate-action skills. Women are supported in leadership roles within logistics, partner engagement, and operations, ensuring decision-making is inclusive. Additionally, the platform’s decentralized model reduces barriers to entry, enabling small-scale participants to contribute to GHG reduction and benefit financially from circular-economy practices.

Within our organization, women and youth hold key operational and technical leadership positions, including AI development, logistics management, and carbon-accounting oversight.
