We create green jobs in rural communities most affected by climate shocks, offering stable incomes in waste valorization and insect farming. We specifically recruit and train youth, typically first time employees, turning them into circular economy pioneers. Furthermore, our model allows women, who are pivotal in smallholder agriculture but often lack access to affordable inputs; we empower them through dedicated training programs and by reducing their core cost of production.

This commitment is reflected in our team and governance. AgriMercarb is a youth-led organization, with founders from the communities we serve. Our Board of Directors and Scientific Advisory Board are composed of Ghanaian experts, ensuring local context and equitable development are central to our strategy. We don't just serve underrepresented groups; we are led by them, ensuring our climate solution builds community resilience and economic empowerment from the ground up.
